Delivery Costs

We setup shipping costs based on PayPal shipping methods. The costs include the shipping and packaging. If you have any questions, contact  us at records@theclockworkflowers.com

Order Processing Time

The item(s) will be dispatched from Tokyo, Japan (where GREAT BLISS RECORDS HQ is currently located) in 2 - 3 working days via Japan Post (tracked and registered). Please allow 2 - 4 weeks to receive your order for international orders.

Delivery Address

Please note that we will ship your order to the PayPal registered address. If you wish to ship your order to a different address, please contact us at records@theclockworkflowers.com

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website (Japan Post).

Wholesale Discount

We offer wholesale discount for record shops (or any shops) and distributors. If you're interested, please contact us at records@theclockworkflowers.com for an enquiry.
